Townley Dreamer Promoter and Bank Scheme Exposed

J J Hastings, former bank examiner, recounts Townley plans to create a chain of private banks financed by state funds from the Bank of North Dakota. Defendants Fined For Liquor Violations In Federal Court

Judge Woodrough in Omaha presided over a federal court session listing numerous defendants fined for unlawful liquor possession or transport.
