Man Falls From Bridge While Blowing Out Lantern

Jesse Skinner 34 of Bird Island Minnesota stepped off a train car onto a grain door on a bridge near Minot North Dakota and fell 110 feet to the ground. He died instantly with multiple injuries. His body lay between two pilings until rescuers recovered it for the morgue.

Coroner's Inquest Finds Death Due to Self Carelessness

Monday morning Judge Murray presided as coroner. The jury including D. H. Kimball Edward Kelley and Jack Shields ruled the man died from his own carelessness. Mrs Stephen Gulseth Dies After Typhoid Pneumonia

Mrs Stephen Gulseth wife of the Scandinavian Hotel proprietor died at Ward County Hospital Monday morning after four weeks of typhoid pneumonia. Survived by husband and three children Arthur 11 Hilda 8 Magnus 3. Funeral at United Lutheran Church conducted Tuesday afternoon, remains shipped to Fertile Minnesota for interment. Husband and her brother Halvor Aarhus accompanied the body.
