S J Hoover long respected Drady resident died at home on Tuesday April 25 after a three day paralysis illness. Funeral services were held at his home April 26 with Rev TY U Richmond officiating. He had lived in Farmer City all his life until two years ago.

W E Stenersen, who drew No 15 for Berthold coal land, filed on a valuable quarter five miles south of Parshall, joining Charles R Porter’s farm drawn No 1. Land nearby sells for about 5 000 a quarter. He will open a law office at Parshall. Stenersen is a trained attorney with degrees from Macalester and Minnesota, formerly assistant state’s attorney in Renville County, and has practiced in Minot. Mrs Stenersen also trained in Minnesota law and arts programs.
