Virginia Minn May 17 Eney a Minnesota Federation of Labor at its annual session here today approved a caucus for August 24 in St Paul to organize a separate labor party and nominate a complete slate. Governors Burnquist and Democratic candidate Wheaton were called inimical to labor. A union with the Nonpartisan League was regarded as likely.
