A Benedict for Twenty Five Years Celebration
The 25th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Reiner of Ington township was celebrated with a July 12 gathering attended by about 60 neighbors. Guests presented silver gifts and the couple were toasted in a tented lawn party with phonograph music, photos, and quoits. Mr. Reiner and Emma Matilda Mervine wed in 1889. they have six children and reside in Burlington township where he has served on the school board and township supervisors.

Brute Attacks Tasker Woman Leads to Arrest
M P Balch was arrested at Tasker on charges of attempted assault on Mrs Caroline Solomon. Sheriff and Deputy rushed to the scene fearing violence.
