Carl Swanson a prominent young farmer fourteen miles south of Minot wed Mabel Myren Monday. The bride is the daughter of E. H. Myren and was formerly of Minot. Mrs Char Ackerman aged 42 died of pneumonia at her Kenmare area farm home leaving a husband four daughters and two sons. O C Severance aged 84 died at his home eight miles north and east of Kenmare. The Renville county commissioners were enjoined from building more bridges across the Minnesota river in Muen Sego township. protestors led by Henry Stammen and Joseph Clementien and 75 others argued existing bridges were within three miles, leaving river sections five to ten miles apart. The commissioners named are John Sauer, R. D. Johnson and Ben Harvey.
Indiana school of traction engineering will conduct a four day course on use and care of farm traction engines in Minot at Rumely Products Co from February 12 to 22. During February 18 to 22 the Monsze River Farmers Loop association holds its annual meeting, enabling farmers to attend both events.
