W Gibb Sr of Brookbank North Dakota recently injured in a wreck at Great Northern yards outlined a satisfactory settlement with the railroad last Saturday. He was to transport cattle to St Paul when injured. The company acknowledged damages and will negotiate further for cattle killed or injured in the incident.
