De vine Stenersonr & Co. run ads highlighting city lots for sale their Victor sale agency and abstract work. New Blacksmith Shop opened by F M Haynes near Rogers Lumber Yard east of town offering prompt reliable city shoeing and fair prices.
S R Kallak a mer chant sold Thursday two lots on Minot south hill to A M Marshall for 600 spot cash. Kallak still has four lots left and earlier bet sixteen lots for 550. He left Minot and offered lots for 650 but found no buyers. Since then values rose and he has sold 1800 dollars worth and can sell 250 more anytime. He will keep three lots. Investment in Minot city property is presented as highly profitable with potential future gains.
James Johnson mayor Roach and Erick Ramstad bought the Syver Larson farm on the town's north edge for 4500 cash. The 120 acre tract will be platted and the buyers expect a net of 50000 from the development.
