Peddler Insane Arrests Stir Bowbells Minot Prosecution
Ed Frank, a peddler, was arrested at Bowbells and brought to Minot Monday night by Deputy Steinhofer. He is said to be insane and is a brother of the Frank brothers who once ran the Hub store in town, now bankrupt. John Eckland left for Minneapolis to spend Christmas.
