Sales set for January 1909 with amounts due varying from about 80 to 369 dollars.
In Ward County North Dakota the northeast quarter and related parcels in township ranges are to be foreclosed for nonpayment. The sale is set for January 28, 1909 at the Minot courthouse at 10 a.m. to satisfy the mortgage debt plus costs and attorney fees.
