Great Northern Ice House Burns Near Minot
Fire destroyed the new Great Northern Ice House about nine Sunday night. Dago workers camping inside may have started the blaze which also consumed eight freight cars and other attached structures. The 275 by 16 foot ice house cost over ten thousand dollars and was to supply ice to cities from Minot to Spokane.

A large crowd attended the Thanksgiving night Military ball by Company D at Jacobson's Opera House in Minot. Adjutant General Poole led the grand march, praised Captain Blakey and his men, with about a hundred guests enjoying the festivities. A daughter was born Friday morning near the city to Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Moore. Also noting the new Gental merchandise store opened by F. R.
