Bisnarek Nov 28 Formal launching of the liberal party in North Dakota occurred at a conference led by J A H Hopkins of the Committee of 48. The state committee was named with I W Deemy as chairman, Mrs G Y Boise as vice chair, and HW Calenderhead as secretary all from Bismarck. The group adopted resolutions naming the liberal party for the 1924 campaign and praised the Nonpartisan league administration while urging certain defeated officials be considered candidates for the U S Senate next year.
