Emerson Secures Tax Reduction for Ward County
Ward county commissioners asked the state board of equalization to keep last year’s valuation of 3.28 dollars per acre for Ward lands, reducing the 3.45 figure set previously. Commissioner R H Emerson of Ward county testified and helped secure the lower assessment.
