The Oklahoma Supreme Court unanimously favors Eufaula in the McIntosh county seat case, ordering a new county seat election between Eufaula and Checotah. Attorney Henry Heney Shot in San Francisco Courthouse

The chief prosecutor in the graft cases, Henry J. Heney, was shot at the counsel table in Judge Lawlor's court by Morris Haas.
