Rate Question Up in Senate
Washington March seven two speeches on the rate question were latened to today in the senate one by Senator Clapp of Minnesota in support of the Fleabor-Dolliver bill the other by Senator Scout of West Virginia who advocated radical amendments in the interest of the railroads Sunday School Convention Rev J B Porshioy and T M Marr attended a meeting of the executive committee of the Indian Territory Sunday School association at Muskogee yesterday. The committee took up the matter of a program for the annual convention of the association which meets at Atoka May 10 and great things are promised the Sunday school workers of the Indian Territory at the coming assembly. Marion Lawrance the general secretary of the International association will be present during all the sessions as will other active Sunday school people in and out of the territory. There are more than one thousand two hundred Sunday school in the Indian territory at present and rapidly increasing. All the deem patrons are pushing and work and it is expected the main convention will be largely attended and will give a mighty capitus to Sunday school work in the country. Notes on all the railroads will doubtless be granted enabling each Sunday school to send a delegation. Backache is never known to the parsons who take an occasional bow at Pineales Pinenles will ease the pain and restore health.
