Police report Gregory, formerly Frank J. Constantine, arrested in Cameron West Virginia on March 4. He is linked to the murder of JS Arthur W. Gentry in Wheeling, with authorities moving to Chicago for further action as investigators press the case in the restaurant area.
A chaotic report describes a force capturing a bomb factory at Potarpbang on March. Authorities say twenty people are feared dead or captured as fighting involved residents and officials. The incident centers on a siege and evacuation of nearby apartments and students.
President Theodore P. Shonts testified before the senate committee on interoceanic questions regarding the Panama canal commission.
