Norman Oklahoma March 1 Leon Frets a 12 year old Oklahoma City boy arrested here in connection with the murder of Artie Rose the Oklahoma City chauffeur south of Oklahoma City last night confessed to the crime He said robbery was motive He killed Rose with a hammer and dragged the body into the weeds after taking 45 dollars from his pocket The confession was made to Sheriff Jane Sale and Jailer Maxey He stated the murder occurred at seven o clock yesterday evening His father is a contractor in Oklahoma City and owns a picture theater here The boy managed it His mother arrived but was not allowed to see him She will be admitted tomorrow
