John B Moirant the aviator was fatally injured at Harahan station three miles above New Orleans when his Bleriot monoplane pitched head down from about a hundred feet during Micheline cup trials. He died soon after the accident as the machine fell with its propellers still turning.
By Guthrie Oklahoma December thirty first report says four men W C Grimes W L Chapman A Brown and Conine are wanted for trial at Eagle Pass Texas authorities requested their return but the governor of Texas refused to honor the requisition.
A robberized report from Jeatrice Nebraska describes an explosion at a Citizens bank awakening residents. An old soldier, Tom am, rushed outside as robbers fled in a car. The town woke to the street and police pursuit as bands of thieves vanished.
A late December Associated Press dispatch from Driftwood Oklahoma reports the driftwood bank was robbed today. The unknown thief escaped with currency and valuables after entering the driftwood bank building. Local authorities opened an investigation and sought surveillance or witness information.
An explosion in a tunnel a hundred feet below the surface of the Raft River today killed one man, injured another fatally, and seriously hurt eighteen others. The blast occurred just after midnight as workers who called the site ground bogs began setting up tubs.
The Vinita railroad committee presents a final report on the Porter railroad matter and has drawn a contract with railroad representatives to be submitted for ratification. A second important topic for discussion will also be addressed at the Commercial Club rooms that evening.

Hob Carter was arraigned before Justice David Meredith on a charge of assaulting Frank Goldsbury at the Christmas tree in the Anthracite schoolhouse on Christmas Eve. Mr Simmons over ninety and a NAD Aen Masonic member aged ninety nine was one of Missouri's oldest Masons and linked to the Commercial Club through WW Deck's first wife.
Associated Pros report that Frank Goteh of Humibolt refused to return to the mat after a forenoon conference with Ta Dee and Burne. Goteh will back Mahmout against Hocken Schmidt, replacing Goteh in the lineup.
The First National Bank of Vinita proclaims a five per cent dividend, its third of 1910, totaling nineteen per cent for the year. Ad L. Churchill returns as cashier. he had left last year to join WB Halsell as agent.
Mayors and officials from over 400 towns in Oklahoma will attend the Oklahoma State League of Municipalities meeting in Oklahoma City on January 4 5 and 6. Papers include talks by Governor Charles N Haskell and Dr Alexander Potter among others on topics from uniform accounting to building codes and public utilities.
Dr Louie Turley of Norman state bacteriologist says the brood material found at the Burns home is human. He reports the hair found on the bed is human while a mutilated dog nearby is linked to the house. Burns left Hennepin after marriage in Fort Smith Arkansas.

The church at corner Canadian and Miller invites parishioners to feast day liturgy and Sunday school sessions. Evening prayer, sermon titled Take the Child, and Monday litany with class meeting are on the schedule at 7:49 p m.
New York City banker Robin G. Robinovitch, indicted, collapsed before arraignment after swallowing hyosine, a deadly alkaloid. He was treated at Bellevue and moved from prison hospital. doctors say recovery possible though uncertain. Detectives report no evidence of attempted suicide. sister Dr. Robinovitch and counsel William Travers Jerome present.
A Friday morning fire in Lawton Oklahoma caused total losses estimated at seven thousand dollars. The blaze gutted the Lawton post office the City Drug store the Citizens State bank and the Foneries Abstract building. A Black porter employed at the drug store is missing and suspected of being burned. Incendiarism is suspected as the origin and reports differ on where the fire started.
In Oklahoma Jubric West ruled the West Rules Building Company becomes subject to the state banking department if it transacts business outside Oklahoma County. Only purely local building companies are exempt from state control. Guy Spencer is in town from Siloam Springs for a visit with friends.
