The Associated Press report from Kansas City shows an average temperature rise of fifteen degrees in the Minisinalupi Valley. Kansas Seeks Federal Injunction Over Anti-Drug Store Law

Samuel A. Harrison of Kansas City asked Federal Judge Pollock for an injunction to halt enforcement of the new Kansas anti-drug store liquor law. The law bans liquor sales for medicinal scientific and mechanical uses and is being challenged as unconstitutional under the Fourteenth Amendment and in conflict with Kansas law allowing such sales by druggists.
