Oklahoma City December 9 The capitol bill approved by Governor Haskell and the Senate subcommittee is nearly complete and expected to be introduced in the Senate. It designates Oklahoma City as the capitol site, empowers a legislative committee to recommend a site before January, and plans a contract with a holding company to secure location and a free capitol building. A three and one half mile limit from the federal building was discussed but omitted. Promoters of the Culbertson site organize a holding company for northeast location two miles from downtown. House actions include inaugurations resolutions and a call for a national labor arbitration board. McIntosh county officials urge a city site and a special committee will study state institution appropriations.
