Cruz-In draws crowd on First Street in Shenandoah
Forty seven cars gathered for the town’s next to last Cruz-In on Friday on First Street Shenandoah. Organizer Nancy Karnes of Shenandoah Heritage Center and sponsor Bobbi Jo Good of The Coffee Pot Cafe noted no judging, entry registrations and a $100 draw prize won by Charles Freeze of Luray. Good reported selling out five gallons of chicken and dumplings and five of vegetable soup in the first hour with future Cruz-In set for October 7.
