Church Auction Raises Funds for Veterans Park
The annual church auction drew 25 newcomers and aims to match last year’s 12700 dollar take. Volunteers led by Pastor Stephen Creech and Debbie and co chair Marge Zimmerman directed bids, sold admission, and distributed a handbook of items from 42 Shenandoah donors to 2 from greater distances. Proceeds, after planning for almost a year, are expected to equal the prior total.
