Busy month ahead in Grottoes activities planned
Grottoes residents have a busy month with the summer farmers market running from last weekend and continuing through September 5. Local organizers say this market, open weekly, will feature fresh produce, crafts, and family events, encouraging community gathering and local commerce.
Grand Caverns hosting weekend events and sports
The weekly event runs 8 am to 3 pm Saturdays at Grand Caverns Park lot. The Grand Caverns pool opens Saturday with the Grottoes Cardinals hosting the Bridgewater Reds at 7 30 pm at Mountain View Park. Free movie nights and a pool party are planned for June 5 and June 6 with further details by Town Manager Jeff Nicely.

Shenandoah Preps 18th Memorial Day Festival Parade
Shenandoah hosts its 18th Memorial Day Festival this week with events for all ages. Thursday evening features food and games at the carnival grounds on Third Street from 5 to 10 PM. Friday adds music at the grounds from 5 to 11 PM and Shenandoah Elementary School runs Family Fun Night 5 to 8 PM along with a Cruz-In on Friday evening.
