Debate over town budget line item revisions at May 16 council
Council members discussed revisions to the budget line items as Ison noted possible rate changes for town customers. Elkton may raise rates less than Dominion while preserving profit margins. A third amendment added 100000 for new dump truck and equipment, with reductions planned in Cemetery Perpetual Care and savings.
