Confederate History Weekends Draw Crowds At Elkton Museum
Elkton historical society hosted a Civil War themed weekend with cornbread and dumplings, a Shenandoah Minstrels band, cookies, reenactors, Harvey Warner and Belgian horses, and tours of the Miller Kite Museum. Saturday rain kept crowds away and forced campers indoors, but Sunday warmed to sun as crowds grew and Warner hauled riders in his vintage wagon.
