High School Building Damaged By Fire
The colored high school of this city was slightly damaged by fire last Tuesday afternoon and no school will be held in that building until after the holidays. The fire was caused by a defective fire. The damage will not exceed $100.
Free Christmas Dinner At First Baptist Church
A free Christmas dinner for the East End poor will be served at the First Baptist Church on Christmas Day under a special committee.
