Guthrie Oklahoma July 10 United States Marshal Nowell arrested farmers James and Andrew Williams for holding 85 enslaved Black boys shipped from Charleston South Carolina to a farm in Kay County. A boy escaped last week and alerted authorities. Three others trying to escape were recaptured and beaten, with wounds possibly fatal.
