Woman Injured Alighting From Jim Crow Coach
Mrs Louise Walker of Jenks ten miles south is injured at home after attempting to alight from a Midland Valley train at the depot. A statement from Mrs Walker and fellow passengers says the conductor of the train was involved in the incident.

Train accident injures passenger near First Baptist Church
A Midland Valley train carried passengers northward Tuesday morning. Mrs Walker fell when her shoe snagged on a seat edge as she tried to exit at the end of the coach. Attorney 1 oH Spears, a popular Blackstone admirer, seeks better railway service for Cal travelers on the Midland Valley route from Muskogee to Tulsa. After riding the 1 PM train, he filed with the state Corporation Commission. the commission sent a reply letter to Midland Valley officials in Oklahoma City on April 20 1920.

Man Kills Wife in Domestic Tragedy Ends His Life Suspect Injured
Dr. W J Woods, a mechano therapy practitioner, shot and killed his wife Mamie Woods at their home 402 North Greenwood after a domestic dispute. He fled to a Ford sedan pursued and shot at by Mrs. Woods who was also firing. Woods then killed her with a final shot, claimed he had killed his wife, and was wounded in the hip during arrest. He received hospital treatment and faced a preliminary hearing. The body was sent to Nowats by Jackson Undertaking.
