M D Taber backs Hwy 3 study and Huckleberry tax
The Municipal District of Taber approved a technical review committee representation for an engineering study to twin Highway 3 from Burdett to Seven Persons and to assess future Bow Island corridor interchanges. It also passed Bylaw 1816 for a $50 2019 local improvement tax on Huckleberry Crescent to fund surface drainage costs with 50 percent municipal share and 50 percent property owner share across 20 parcels.
