Local man pleads guilty to .08 blood alcohol in Tabor
In Tabor provincial court on Nov. 17, a 26 year old man pleaded guilty to driving with a blood alcohol level over .08. Robert John McPhillips was fined $1,000 and banned from driving for one year. He registered 15 milligrams per cent on the breathalyzer after a Oct 12 2008 stop. He will be eligible for an interlock device after three months.
