Weather hinders Horizon blimp tour east of Taber
Mechanical issues and wind slowed the Horizon Blimp tour stop at the Viterra Taber Bean Plant as the 2008 event aims to raise awareness for Syngenta. Blimp, 35 feet, struggled in 20 kmh winds though organizers praised reception and noted 30 scholarships of 1000 dollars each for students near tour sites.
