Horizon School division reports 232 855 deficit for 2010
At the Horizon School division November meeting the board approved the audited final statements for year ending August 31 2010 showing a deficit of 232 855. Finance director Phillip Johansen explains the lower shortfall amid funding cuts and outlines asset and debt positions including five years remaining on debentures and a seven point five million unrestricted reserve.
