The four member board passed by 3-1 a recommendation to town council for a 25 percent increase in sports field fees for 2011 covering soccer baseball football and tennis. Coun. Rick Popadynetz opposed. Earlier motion by Luke Wilna failed 2-2 as chair Tim O'Donnell and Popadynetz voted against.
The Town of Taber seeks an extension for the ISF grant to finish the northwest stormwater project stalled by weather delays.
