Sugar beet crop gains via moisture and allocations in Alberta

Groundwater monitoring network launches in Oldman River basin
A two year pilot project to monitor groundwater in the Oldman River watershed has begun led by the Oldman Watershed Council and Living Lakes Canada. The Southwest Alberta Groundwater Project partners with Piikani Nation Lands Department and uses geo scanning tech with public workshops and university input to expand water security knowledge.
