Denver May 6 The bandit William CarisIe known as Willian Mayes who robbed the Union Pacific Overland Limited Portland Clyer and California Limited surrendered in a ravine near Walcott Wyoming after a tense face to face with the chief of the case. Carise disarmed by a bystander and taken into custody ending a spree that included several robberies and a conviction that could carry the death penalty in Wyoming.
