FBI scam swindles yield forty thousand dollars in Georgetown
Georgetown police report multiple frauds including a May 23 case where a resident lost 40 000 after a caller posing as FBI fraud agent directed withdrawals and a later 3 000 payment to a supposed warrants scam. Georgetown approves long range library plan and water line work
