Cedar Park man sentenced for aggravated sexual assault of a child
Richard Nicholas Osborn of Cedar Park pled guilty to aggravated sexual assault of a child and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. He must register as a sex offender for life and a lifetime protective order bars contact with the victim. The victim testified about years of abuse from age 4 to 13.
