Rancher Charles R Hall Dies En Route to Aberdeen
Charles W Hall a 38 year old rancher died Sunday near Seim while being moved toward Aberdeen for brain abscess treatment. He had lived fourteen years near Meadow and six miles south of Meadow previously. Funeral held at Presbyterian church with Rev W D Williams officiating. many ranchers attended. He leaves a widow and two children ages 11 and 6. Pallbearers named.

Death visits Mrs. Florence Bovee after typhoid illness
Mrs. Florence Bovee wife of W. A. Bovee died Saturday December 4 at 3 p m after a nine day battle with typhoid fever. Funeral held Monday at 2 p m Presbyterian church Stev W D Williams officiating with interment at Leamon cemetery. Born September 13 1890 near Fort Yates she spent most life in Minneapolis and leaves infant daughter. Sympathy goes to widower who had just recovered from typhoid prior to her death.

She Would Be a Widow at Smitha Opera House
Local amateur troupe stages a three act comedy She Would Be a Widow or Duiternut's Bride at Smitha Opera House Monday evening December 2. The cast features about twelve performers from Lemmon with prior successes like Captain Racket cited and a budding local talent scene. Henry Finbraaten returns with bride Emma Alan from Madison Minnesota. the couple will reside on Emma's farm north of town as the bride’s family holds land in North Lemmon township near Rogers place. Rev J J Enge visited Morristown and helped organize a Baptist church, with Morristown now preparing a worship site and mission to support a new building.
