Fatal shooting ends in Rankin assault at local pass
In a late night altercation at a pass near Tyler Rankin and an engineer named Watern were involved. Rankin fled toward Cui jojan pursued by a crowd and was struck across the river into a tree. he later died from a bullet wound to the abdomen. A second man, Tyler, was reported to be dying as the scene closed.
