Richmond and Danville offers a 10000 dollar reward for arrest of those who removed the rail. Also reported are death of B R Webster a Rockingham county resident in Madison and tobacco shipments from Winston totaling over 150000 pounds followed by a land sale near Winston for 25000 dollars.
