Emperor William Injured in Runaway Carriage Incident

The Denziger Zeitung reports Emperor William narrowly escaped death in a runaway near Berlin. He was driving with Count Donna when the horses bolted and he, unable to restrain them due to one disabled arm, fell into a ditch, bruising his right leg and suffering a severe shake.
