Public sale of Wake County Carolina property in Raleigh

Notice of sale by order of the Superior Court of Wake County North Carolina. Andrew Syme administrator of C H Sewers etc as plaintiff and Mrs Ma Weather et al as defendants. Under authority of the court I will publicly outcry at the Raleigh court house on Monday March 13 1893 the sale of the real estate described in the complaint and trust deed to the highest bidder for cash. The property lies on Blount Street in Raleigh adjoining parcels owned by Lynn Geo Curtis Zach Patton and others. The sale is conducted under the deed of trust recorded in Wake County Register of Deeds book 651 and includes the described lot with improvements and modern conveniences. The former residence on the lot is among the most valuable in the area. This notice is given under the special proceeding order of the court.
