Seaboard Air Line to Open Atlanta Route by March
Rail progress announced as tracklayers on the Georgia Carolina and Northern line near Atlanta reach six miles. The Seaboard Air Line plans a March opening to Atlanta for passenger traffic and a through mail and passenger train linking Atlanta to New York and Weldon to Richmond.
