Public notice states that under court order the commissioner will expose for sale at the courthouse in Raleigh on Monday February 14 the eatery parcel described in the plan by Peelle and Maynard Attorneys for the plaintiffs. The sale will be for cash to satisfy the judgment against the defendants and related parties.
In Raleigh on the first Monday of March 2m at the courthouse door the property under a deed of trust will be sold for cash. The Wake County parcel lies on Lenoir Street and Fayetteville and Salish Ty streets, bounded by the deed, with 110 feet on Lenoir Street.
