Right of Way Case Decided In Favor Of Defendant At Oxford

Judge Connor ruled last Monday night in Oxford dissolving the restraining order in a dispute over right of way involving the Raleigh and Western and Glendon and Gulf companies. Both lines aim to run from Gulf up Deep River to develop regional interests.
