Belle of Bagdad to debut Sunday in parish hall
The seventy five cast of The Belle of Bagdad two act musical comedy rehearses for the first public showing Sunday afternoon and evening November 18 in St. John's parish hall North Hickory street. George Hausser leads as Caliph while Arthur Momper Ray Ebner and Genevieve Fonck Sheridan play top roles. Mary Virginia Wachendorfer performs an oriental solo dance with ensembles and a drill by a young men’s team. An orchestra led by George W. Hendrick will accompany all shows with Ama Hausser directing dances and dramatics.
