Evangelist Conducts Revival At East Side Holiness Church

Special revival services are held this week and next at Pilgrim Holiness Church on East Washington Street. General evangelist Rev. Wm. S. Deal preaches audiences of all ages. Music leads by Prof. E. Tindley and Mrs. Tindley next week. Evening services 7 30 and 11 a.m. Sunday. Aimed at youth with a dedicated Saturday night session.

Ex-Treasurer's Friend Faces Juries in Will County Case

The last two former Will County treasurers, Herbert R. Jones a Republican and Conrad J. Wirth a Democrat, were defended by Edward R. Nadelfhfer. Jones was found not guilty in Danville Vermilion County for short counts. Wirth was also found not guilty of wrongdoing while county treasurer in Will County circuit court.
