Miller Bemis allege improper instructions on vote for one or two caused confusion. Spectator Carriers Collect This Week

Boys who deliver your Spectator promptly every Friday afternoon will visit respective residences of their routes today and tomorrow for their monthly collections. Authorized boys carry a card issued by the circulation department to show customers when a doubt may arise as to their employment by this newspaper.
