Canine Bites Man in Rabies Quarantine Town
Gus Roseen, 66, of 508 Marion street, reports a dog bite while tending a parking lot on Clinton near Michigan. Joliet township remains under a rabies quarantine since November 22, 1941, with dogs running loose and owners told to confine animals and keep dogs tied for 14 days after an bite as per law.
