Suspect Arrested in Joliet Window Vandalism spree
Police arrested Earl E. Foster 23 of 132 Eastern Ave Joliet after linking him to windows smashed across the area during recent weeks. Officers found guns steel pellets slingshots and shells in Foster's room. Authorities expected to detain other suspects as losses from the vandalism exceed 5000 dollars.
